All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Please make your selections carefully.
We encourage you to reserve your party and rental equipment needs well in advance so that we can ensure availability of your selections and schedule our setup crews. At least two weeks is recommended to allow ample time for your order to be double checked and prepared for delivery/pickup. A 50% deposit is required to hold most items so that they will be taken out of our inventory and reserved especially for your event.
FULL PAYMENT for all rental merchandise, and any additional services or deposits, is due in advance of the receipt of your equipment. Credit will only be extended to pre-approved accounts. 48 hour notice is required for any changes to an order to avoid additional charges.
Delivery is available for a fee throughout the Rocky Mountain West. Our delivery fee varies depending on the requirements of each customer. Factors that affect delivery fees include location, what is being delivered and window of time allocated for delivery and pick-up. Therefore to answer your question accurately, please contact one of our event specialists via phone or e-mail. DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE TO THE DOOR AT STREET LEVEL. IF YOU NEED ITEMS MOVED, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE AS ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY. Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc., to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged and "table ready." Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. Our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified at the time of delivery. No credit will be given for unused equipment unless it is returned with our delivery people or by the customer prior to the start of your party.
All china, silver, utensils, etc., should be rinsed, food-free, and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be made for all boxes and crates NOT returned. All breakage, loss and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges. Linen should be free of debris and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Linen bags are provided for all soiled linens and easy return. Tables and chairs must be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up unless our crews are contracted for setup and/or takedown. Wax must be removed from candelabras. All items should be assembled in a single location as specified earlier, ready for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. If a Sunday, holiday, or after-hours pick up is requested, a service charge will be added to your order.
SET UP - TEAR DOWN
Set up and knock down service is available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged for in advance. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization and pricing.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken, burned or heavily damaged items. China, glassware, etc., will be considered broken if returned chipped. We do not rent china or glassware that is chipped; once it is chipped we discard it. If you discover a chipped or broken item when you unpack your order, please notify us at once so that we can promptly replace the item.
