Summit Pavilion FAQs
What is the Summit Pavilion tent?
A clear-span, clear-wall, architectural event structure built on the Levo system by Losberger De Boer, designed for luxury weddings, galas, festivals, and corporate events.
How is it different from a traditional event tent?
No interior poles, transparent roof options, glass walls, and the ability to create a fully customized venue environment.
What sizes does the Summit Pavilion come in, and what are the capacities?
Our Summit Pavilion is available in 15m (49.5’) and 20m (66’) widths. The length can be extended in 5m (16.5’) increments, allowing for a flexible footprint to suit a wide range of event sizes.
Capacity varies based on layout, but our team will work with you to design the ideal configuration for your guest count, seating style, and overall event flow.
What customization options are available for the Summit Pavilion?
The Summit Pavilion is designed uniquely for each event, taking into account the setting, style, and overall guest experience.
You can choose from a white translucent top, clear top, or real glass structure, with additional customization throughout the interior—from flooring and finishes to lighting and climate control. Every element is thoughtfully curated to bring your vision to life.
Where can the Summit Pavilion be installed?
The Summit Pavilion can be installed in a wide range of environments, from city streets to open ranch landscapes, provided there is adequate space for installation.
For optimal conditions, the tent can be installed directly on a flat surface with less than a 1% grade. On uneven or natural terrain, we utilize a staging system and subflooring to create a level foundation.
As a general guideline, our team requires approximately 30’ of additional clearance on all sides of the tent to safely complete installation.
Where is the Summit Pavilion available?
Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and New Mexico.
Is flooring an option for the Summit Pavilion?
Yes, custom flooring is both available and highly recommended for the Garden Tent.
Options range from carpet and vinyl to hardwood flooring, allowing you to tailor the look and feel of the space. One of our Event Designers will guide you through the best options based on your vision, environment, and event needs.
What about climate control for the Summit Pavilion?
We highly recommend incorporating climate control to ensure guest comfort in any season.
Our team works closely with trusted HVAC partners to seamlessly integrate heating and cooling into the tent’s design, maintaining both functionality and aesthetics throughout your event.
Can the Summit Pavilion be used with traditional tenting?
Yes, the Summit Pavilion pairs seamlessly with a variety of traditional tenting options to expand your event footprint.
We offer Black and Clear Frame Tents that integrate naturally with the structure, as well as Sailcloth Tents, Century Pole Tents, and additional frame tents for supporting spaces such as catering, vendor areas, or guest lounges.
Our team will help design a cohesive layout that ensures both functionality and flow across all structures.
How much time does your team need for installation?
Installation and breakdown timelines vary based on the size of the tent and site accessibility.
Our Event Design and Operations teams work closely to develop a detailed timeline tailored to your specific space and event requirements. As a general guideline, installation typically takes 3–5 days, with breakdown requiring an additional 2–3 days.
How much does the Summit Pavilion cost to rent?
The Garden Tent is a fully customized structure, so pricing varies based on the specific details of your event.
Factors such as size, layout, site conditions, flooring, climate control, and overall design all influence the final investment. Our team will work with you to understand your needs and provide a tailored proposal that aligns with your vision and budget.
