Colorado Party Rentals was founded in 2006 by event industry veterans Doug Schroeder and Dan Minehane who had one goal in mind: to create the finest tent and party rental company in the region, and doing so requires a single-minded focus on the success of your event. Ten years later, we are confident we’ve long met that goal. With two convenient locations and showrooms in Denver and Colorado Springs, we offer 24 hour service along the front range and daily deliveries and setup throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.

From the moment we answer the phone, you will receive assistance in planning and creating your order to achieve the look that you want. No event is too big or too small for personalized attention, and we will work with you over the phone, via email, or on-site to provide you with your choice of the broadest range of equipment in the region, from specialty linens, tables, chairs and china to tents and tent structures. Looking for something you do not see on our website? Regardless of the type of event you are planning, at Colorado Party Rentals we realize that you are depending on us to make your special event a success. We understand that the condition of our inventory is not only a reflection on us but, more importantly, on you, our client. And, that is why we have strict policies in place to double and triple check every item in our inventory from the time it is cleaned, wrapped, counted, loaded onto our trucks and delivered to your event until it is brought back to our warehouse for final inspection. We ensure on-time delivery and equipment pick-up from an experienced staff. Further, we know that because of the imprecise nature of events, sometimes emergencies occur after business hours and we are on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week to meet your needs.
