Add them to your online order or bring your seating count to a showroom appointment and we'll help you figure out exactly what you need.
Pickup is Tuesday, 11/24 or Wednesday, 11/25 from your nearest showroom. Return everything within the following week, scraped and ready to go.
We recommend placing your order 3 to 5 weeks out to guarantee your preferred pieces, especially during Thanksgiving week when inventory moves fast. If you're already down to the week of, don't worry, just give us a call and we'll help you get set up right away.
Yes. Orders can be changed up until 7 days before your pickup date, so it's fine to book before your final headcount is locked in.
Go ahead and reserve based on your best estimate. Since orders can be adjusted up until 7 days before pickup, you have plenty of room to fine-tune the count later.
Yes, a deposit reserves your items for your event dates, with the remaining balance due in full before pickup.
Normal wear isn't a problem. If something is broken beyond repair or doesn't make it back, a replacement fee may apply. Your event designer can walk you through the specifics when you place your order.
We work with tables of every size, from an intimate dinner for six to a full extended-family spread. Build your quantities online or bring your headcount to a showroom appointment and we'll help you get it right.
Start with a tablecloth or runner as your base, then place a charger at each setting. Layer the dinner plate on top, add a folded napkin to the left, and lay flatware in order of use from the outside in. Finish with glassware above the knife and a low centerpiece that won't block conversation across the table. Not sure where to start?
