You will need items to serve and prepare your food and drinks. Chafers are a great option to keep your food warm throughout the day/evening. We also have grills you can rent, which is super useful if you are having a large party and need to cook a bunch at once! Our tongs and serving trays are another convenient addition to making your party a success. No cleanup necessary - we take care of it all!
Dinner Seating: Any proper backyard BBQ needs a few tables and chairs scattered throughout the yard. Sure, people might meander around and chat while holding their food, but it never hurts to have some seating options for those who would rather sit and enjoy their meal. You can even transition the party into a movie night by ordering a projector and screen! At Colorado Party Rentals, the party never stops!
Let’s be honest, the weather here in Colorado has been incredibly unpredictable this summer! It’s important to plan for the worst, whether that’s blazing sun, or torrential rain. We’ve got your back no matter the weather issue. Check out our umbrellas that can offer shade on the hot summer days. We also offer 10X10 pop up tents for additional shelter from the sun or storms.
We’ve made it easy for you to host any backyard party with our Backyard Party Pack which includes (2) umbrellas to keep you comfortable out in the hot sun, (3) 6′ banquet tables for seating and food, (3) Polyester 90×132 in any of our 50 polyester linens, (12) folding white garden chairs. You then get the choice of either (1) ice chest or (1) galvanized tub with stand to keep your drinks cold, as well as your choice of (2) of our yard games!
