How To

Host a Backyard Party!

With summer in full swing a backyard BBQ is a great way to get your friends and family together and enjoy the sunshine while eating delicious food and creating lasting memories. Backyard parties require more than just the food and the people! Let Colorado Party Rentals transform your backyard into the ultimate party destination with our convenient party rentals.

Plan Your Menu

One of the most important aspects of a backyard party is the food! Whether you're having tacos and margaritas or the traditional burgers, hotdogs and beer. You will need items to serve and prepare your food and drinks. Chafers are a great option to keep your food warm throughout the day/evening. We also have grills you can rent, which is super useful if you are having a large party and need to cook a bunch at once! Our tongs and serving trays are another convenient addition to making your party a success. No cleanup necessary - we take care of it all!

create a Welcoming Atmosphere

Dinner Seating: Any proper backyard BBQ needs a few tables and chairs scattered throughout the yard. Sure, people might meander around and chat while holding their food, but it never hurts to have some seating options for those who would rather sit and enjoy their meal. Colorado Party Rentals offers a variety of different table options ranging from folding tables to farm tables.

Check out our outdoor picnic table or checkered linen to really give your party that backyard BBQ feel!

Space for Relaxing: It’s fun to create a space for your friends to be able to hang out and just relax in between cornhole rounds! Check out our Adirondack chairs and maybe even a fire pit to make the space extra cozy!

don't forget the games!

No BBQ is complete without games and entertainment. At Colorado Party Rentals we can provide all your backyard fun. We offer a variety of yard games, but some favorites are Giant Jenga and Cornhole! It’s also not a party without some music! Check out the sound systems we offer for rent and turn it into a dance or karaoke party! You can even transition the party into a movie night by ordering a projector and screen! At Colorado Party Rentals, the party never stops!

prepare for the weather

Let’s be honest, the weather here in Colorado has been incredibly unpredictable this summer! It’s important to plan for the worst, whether that’s blazing sun, or torrential rain. We’ve got your back no matter the weather issue. Check out our umbrellas that can offer shade on the hot summer days. We also offer 10X10 pop up tents for additional shelter from the sun or storms.
